GENERAL POLICY

• All sales are based on first pay, first serve basis and all items are non-restockable.
• Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Those are the best prices that we can offer.
• All sales are final, which means no refund. no exchange and no return as all items are brand new, carefully handpicked and in perfect condition.
• We are strictly looking for serious buyers only. 
• Last minute back out customers will be ignored.
• Cash on delivery (COD) is not provided.
• Any accessories used in the display pictures are not sold together with the item unless it is stated.
• Color of every item might be a little bit differed due to the lighting or camera setting but we are always give our best shot to make sure the display pictures will reflect the actual items as accurate as possible.
• Due to any changes in our operation later, we have the right to modify the terms and conditions if necessary and customers will be informed regards to that particular matter.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Price for every item is quoted without the shipping costs. So the amount that you should bank-in is the price of the item plus the shipping cost.
• Payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation. If not, the purchase order or the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the particular item becomes available to the next customers in our waiting lists or public.
• Customers can make payment through online banking or deposit it through Cash Deposit Machine (CDM).
• For now your payment can be done via our Maybank or CIMB account.
• Inform us as soon as possible right after the payment has been made and please provide us with the print screen for verification purposes.
• Payment must be cleared and received by us before 1.00 pm to make sure the parcel will be shipped on the same day; otherwise; the delivery will be on the next delivery day.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Price for every item is quoted without the shipping cost. So the amount that you should bank-in is the price of the item plus the shipping costs.
• Currently parcels will be delivered through Pos Laju and Pos Ekspress only.
• Rates for each method:

                          West Malaysia:
                                    Pos Ekspress         RM 5
                                    Pos Laju                  RM 6 (for 1 to 2 items)
                                                                       RM 8 (for 3 to 4 items)
                                                                                         

                          East Malaysia:
                                    Pos Ekspress        RM 5
                                    Pos Laju                 RM 9 (for 1 to 2 items)
                                                                      RM 11 (for 3 to 4 items)

• For time being, shipping schedule is on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
• We will not responsible for any lost or damages during delivery because every item will be checked and packaged properly before been delivered.
• Once your parcel is delivered, you will be informed through e-mail and we will provide you with the tracking number to ensure it is easier for you to track your order through Pos Malaysia official website.
